Board of Trustees<\/h3>\n

[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The Board of Trustees is the supreme body of the Schweizer KMU Pensionskasse. Its many tasks focus on overall management and control. The Board of Trustees defines the strategic objectives and lays the foundations for pension provision, investments, organisation and communication. It also elects the investment committee, the management, the pension fund expert and the auditors.<\/p>\n

The six-member body is elected by the pension commissions of the affiliated companies and the composition is based on parity (equal numbers of employer and employee representatives).<\/p>\n

All members of the Board of Trustees are themselves insured with the Schweizer KMU Pensionskasse or are affiliated to it with the staff of their company.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n
