The Federal Council decided to increase the LOB minimum interest rate from 1.00% to 1.25% as of 1st january 2024. The threshold amounts for mandatory occupational pension provision will remain unchanged.

Introduction of a web portal for employers
The Schweizer KMU Pensionskasse attaches great importance to a modern and efficient IT infrastructure: We are offering our affiliated companies access to a web portal from spring 2023.
2023: Minimum interest rate remains – limit amounts change
According to the decision of the Federal Council, the BVG minimum interest rate will remain at 1 % in 2023. At the same time, the Federal Council has decided to adjust the AHV and IV pensions (1st pillar) from 2023, which means that the limit amounts in the occupational benefit plan (2nd pillar) will also change.
Annual Report 2021 – A strong first business year for the Schweizer KMU Pensionskasse.
In June 2022, the Schweizer KMU Pensionskasse informed the pension fund commissions about the 2021 annual financial statements and the adjustment of the conversion rate as of 2023.

In November 2021, one year after the founding of the Schweizer KMU Pensionskasse the pension committees elected the Board of Trustees for the term of office 2021 to 2025.
